At last, a collection of high definition stock footage showing typical South African settings. This includes shots of the major cities of South Africa, including Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria and Bloemfontein. Included are shots of the people of South Africa going about their daily lives, and also some of the wildlife for which South Africa is world-renowned. The footage is a distillation of the hours of footage we shot as we travelled nearly 10,000km around the country.
These video clips are aimed at anyone who requires a variety of footage of South Africa, whether it be for promotional or documentary purposes.

HPX2100 P2 HD
All of the video footage was originated on broadcast High Definition cameras (Panasonic HPX2100 P2 and Panasonic HDX900 DVCPRO HD, not HDV). The footage is ungraded to allow the end user the flexibility to grade to suite his/her specific project.
Recent updates include Botswana wildlife and Namibia scenic shots.
I am out with the cameras most days when I’m not shooting for clients so our library is growing by the day.
